Announcement of a New Member of the Board within the GROUPAUTO Board of Directors

GROUPAUTO INTERNATIONAL is delighted to announce the Appointment of a New Member to the Board of Directors Mr. Eyal Tarablus was nominated Director of the Board for the current mandate period by the General Assembly of the Groupauto shareholders in May 2022. He is taking up the position of Besim Tarablus.

About Eyal Tarablus

Eyal Tarablus is the Vice President of Groupauto Turkey, Board Member of Clarios – Karat, Managing Partner of Optimum, Chairman of Autorola Turkey and Chairman of Digilera Technologies.

Tarablus made significant contributions to his family group companies, in particular to Groupauto Turkey, a founding shareholder of Groupauto International, which he transformed into a leading trade group in Turkey in the automotive aftermarket value chain.

He contributed to the creation of an ecosystem of innovative automotive, fleet and insurance companies based on leading technologies, cutting-edge services, and artificial intelligence. 

Eyal Tarablus, 48, holds a B.A. in Economics from Marmara University, is married and father of two.
